Ranger's Adolis García: Hitting streak extended to 21 games.

Adolis García went 2-for-6 on Wednesday night in a 16-4 victory over the Rockies. In the game, Adolis extended his hitting streak to 21 games with an RBI single in the second inning. García scored a run and also struck out twice. The Cuban outfielder reached 78 RBI this year while slashing .256/.302/.451. His hitting streak is the longest in the Majors right now and start it on August 3 against Baltimore. The streak could be extended tomorrow, when the Rangers take on the Tigers at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

Yoán Moncada finished 0-for-5 against the Orioles on Wednesday, leaving him hitless in his last four games.

Moncada is batting .165/.265/.271 in 85 at-bats this month, but as bad as he's been this year, it hasn't done much to his overall OPS of .572. Although Jake Burger is a definite defensive downgrade at third base, the White Sox need to think about turning to him anyway.

Astros' Yuli Gurriel: Tallies 37th RBI. Gurriel went 0-for-3 with his RBI #37 of the year on Tuesday against the Twins. Gurriel has had a mixed season for the Astros this year, but continues to be a great defensive player at first base and one of the most experienced players heading into the 2022 postseason.

Ray's Randy Arozarena: Double #28 of the year.

Randy Arozarena went 1-for-3 with a strikeout on Wednesday 4-3 win over the Angels. The outfielder only hit in the game was his double #28 of the year, only four shy of his personal record of 32 during the 2021 season. Arozarena is having a great end of the season slashing a phenomenal .391/.517/.652 with a homer and 5 RBI during his last 7 games. He is also three homers away of having back-to-back 20-20 seasons, after collecting 20 homeruns and 20 steals last year.

White Sox's José Abreu and Luis Robert: Three hits combined on Wednesday.

Abreu and Luis Robert went 3-for-8 on Wednesday 5-3 win against the Orioles. Abreu went 2-for-4 with two strikeouts while Luis added a single in four at bat with a run scored, a walk, and a strikeout. Abreu's BA is now .311, fifth in all MLB this year. Meanwhile Luis Robert's BA stayed in .304 after 87 games.

Ray's Yandy Díaz: Two hits on Wednesday.

Díaz went 2-for-4 on Wednesday 4-3 victory over the Angels. Later in the game Díaz was replaced by outfielder José Siri. The Cuban third baseman is slashing .346/393/.654 in the last 7 games with a homer and 8 RBI.

Astros' Yordan Álvarez: 50 extra bases this year.

Yordan Álvarez went 1-for-2 with a walk on Wednesday's 5-3 win against the Twins. Álvarez collected his double #17 of the year, for his 50 extra bases of the season. That includes 31 HR and 2 triples. He is slashing .318/.429/.409 over his last 7 games with no HR and 4 RBI.

Rockies' José Iglesias: One single against the Rangers.

Iglesias went 1-for-4 on Wednesday's 16-4 loss to the Rangers. Iglesias BA is now .308, and he is ranked 8th in all MLB this year. The 32-y/old infielder is just 25 hits away of his personal record (145), set during the 2019 with Cincinnati.
